State level Drama Festival from 27th to 31st Oct.,2014 at Sunabeda

Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi under the aegis of Deptt. of Culture was organised State level Theatre Festival from 27th to 31st Oct.'2014 at Sunabeda. In this connection five different parts of Odisha the theatre groups like : Theatre Odisha, Sunabeda, "ALODAA", Pratidhwani, Rourkela "BAHARA LOKA", Rangasala, Puri "NISIDDHA KAKSHYA",Sree Cultural Association "KATHAANTARA", and Charlichaplin Cultural Club "A AA I" were presented their plays.

National Theatre Festival held on 3rd to 7th Nov.,2014 at Rabindra Mandap, Bhubaneswar

Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi under the aegis of Deptt. of Culture in collaboration with Deptt. of Culture, EZCC, Kolkata & Odisha Natya Sangha, Bhubaneswar was organised the "National Theatre festival" at Rabindra Mandap, Bhubaneswar from 3rd to 7th Nov.'2014. In this connection five theatre groups outside the state like : Streera Patra (Hindi), Jagmeera, Mumbai,Hum Mukhtara (Hindi), Rangakarmee, Kolkata, Debi Sarpamasta (Bengali) Meenarva Repertory, Kolkata. An Accidental Death (Hindustani) Amateur Treatre, Jammu, Mrigaya (Assamese) Purva Ranga, Guwahati, Assam were participated their plays at Rabindra Mandap, Bhubaneswar and Seminar held from 4th to 7th Nov.,2014 at Bhanja Kala Mandap, Bhubaneswar.

On behalf of Deptt. of Culture, Govt. of Odisha, Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi organised 25th State film Award at Utkal Mandap on 21st Nov.,2014. Hon'ble Chief Minister Odisha felicitated to the eminent film artists. After the award giving a colourful cultural prorgamme.

B. 2nd Tele film Award-2014 at Utkal Mandap, Bhubaneswar
On 22nd Nov., 2014 the Hon'ble Minister, Tourism & Culture, Odisha awarded to the artists. In this programme the Govt. tries to encourage the artists for their future development.

Konark Festival from 1st to 5th December-2014 at Konark

The Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi under the aegis of Deptt. of Tourism & Culture, Govt of Odisha was organised the "Konark Dance Festival" at Konark Natya Mandap, Puri from 1st to 5th December-2014. The festival was showcase the beauty and aesthetics of Classical Dances of India to be presented by eminent artists/groups from different disciplines of Classical Dances of India.

Bhuttaneese Cultural Programme on 6th December-2014 at Bhanja Kala Mandap

Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi organised the Bhuttaneese Cultural Programme in collaboration with Indian Council for Cultural Relations, Regional Office, Cuttack at Bhanja Kala Mandap, Bhubaneswar on 6th December-2014 at 6.30 p.m. The main objective of this festival is to strengthen the bonding of friendship and cultural amity.

9th National Toshali Craft Mela from 15th to 27th December-2014 at Janata Maidan, Bhubaneswar

9th National Toshali Craft Mela at Janata Maidan, Bhubaneswar form 15th to 27th Dec.,2014. The folk & classical artists of Odisha, Mumbai Star nite like Rajdeep Chaterjee, RAW Star Rutuaj Mohanty etc. were participated and the singing Talents of Odisha Indian Idol also participated.

Governor's Trophy (Prativa Anweshan) - 2013

On behalf of the Deptt. of Culture, Govt. of Odisha, Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi was organised the Governor's Trophy (Prativa Anweshan) competition on 18th December,2014 and the prize giving function on 19th December-2014 at Rabindra Mandap, Bhubaneswar. In the competition the students from 30 districts of Odisha had participated in different disciplines like : Odissi Dance, Folk Dance and Song (Jr. & Sr.) and among them total 18 students were selected from all the disciplines. Hon'ble Governor, Odisha awarded prizes on 19th December,2014. Both the competition and the prize giving function was organised at Rabindra Mandap, Bhubaneswar.

Kabichandra Kalandicharan Jayanti on 22.12.2014 at Sriram Bhawan, Cuttack

Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi under the aegis of Deptt. of Culture, Govt. of Odisha in collaboration with Kabichandra Smruti Committee was organised Kabichandra Kalandicharan Jayanti at Sriram Chandra Bhawan, Cuttack on 22nd December-2014 at 6.30 P.M.

On behalf of the Deptt. of Culture, Govt. of Odisha, Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi in collaboration with Govt. of Goa was organised Odia Utsav on 11th and 12th January-2015 at Goa.
